We are a Garment Accessory Company that is located near Bugis.

We are Currently looking for a Retail/Admin Assistant to assist with our day to day operations.

Roles and Responsibilities.

As a Retail/Admin assistant, your job is to perform clerical duties for managers and provide support for vendors and customers. As part of this, you may send out purchase orders, monitor the store's inventory, track shipments, and perform other miscellaneous tasks such as updating and maintainng excel spreadsheet.

Working Hours

Weekdays ：9am to 6pm

Saturday：9am to 3.30pm

Job description:

- handle administrative work (must have good MS Office Skiils)

- handle accounting work

- provide operations support as and when required. (e.g ferrying workers for WP renewal check-up, vaccination and etc)

- must be able to converse and type in English, able to converse in basic malay language (optional)

- daily official working hours 0900hrs to 1730hrs

- 5.5 DAYS WORK A WEEK (Sat Alternate)

- valid class 3 or 3A driving license.

- OFFICE IS IN GOLDEN MILE

- looking for someone who is willing to stay in the company for long term.

- NO experience/high qualifications needed as we are willing to teach and provide OJT.
