• Compliance: Process customer invoices/ funding claims in accordance with policies, procedures and funding agreement. Follow up with customer and funding agency when debts are due.
• Maintenance of Master Records: Update customer master records and ensure integrity of data.

Reporting Structure

Reporting to Director, Organisational Development & Human Resources, you will be a trusted advisor to Management, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is instrumental in driving initiatives that promote workforce excellence, employee engagement, and organizational sustainability within Singapore Academy of Law.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a strong rapport with Cluster Heads and Heads of Department as well as with staff within assigned Business Units (BUs) as a reliable HR advisor.
• Collaborate with BUs on their workforce planning and requirements, involving active engagement with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies and processes for filling Division vacancies.
