Main duties

Manage entire warehouse department, inclusive of technical stock, provisions and warehouse admin teams.

Take ownership of warehouse-related projects such as AGV and VLM, and ensure they are carried out and completed as per Company requirements.

Come up with initiatives to help warehouse improve operational effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, such as reducing overtime costs and packing material costs.

Ensure safety precautions are observed and carried out at all times.

Maintain warehouse area cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Responsibilities:

Contracts Management

1. Prepare and provide responses for tender bidding, submission of relevant costs spreadsheets and profitability analysis.

2. Managing contractual claims to protect commercial interest.

Manage post contract administration

1. Communicate payment regime to relevant stakeholders.

4. Measure variation of cost claims.

5. Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations.

Team Management

2. Involve in training and development of the Contracts team, including on-the-job training to enhance the core competence of team members.

The Assistant Manager, Information System shall assist the Manager, Information System to plan, direct and oversee activities dealing with a company’s computer and information systems. He/She shall coordinate jobs related to the hardware, software and network that the business uses. He/she shall spearhead the establishment of cybersecurity system for local and regional facilities.

Admin Assitant Responsibilities:

To prepare necessary documents required for Arrival and deployment of domestic helpers

To coordinate with overseas suppliers

To update the list of availability of helpers

To assist the sales team with admin work

Able to do simple accounting

Requirements:

With experience working in Maid agency/ Sales admin will be an advantage

Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel.

Good communication skills with good customer service

Responsible and meticulous at work

Able to multi-task & meet datelines

Friendly and willing to learn attitude!

Job Description:

We are currently seeking talented individuals with:

• A PhD in many-body quantum physics or similar
• Able to do literature review and summarize the main findings from the literature
• Competence in numerical many-body quantum physics
• Competence in disseminating the outcomes of the research including in peer-reviewed academic publications of international standing
• Ability to support the research team
• Perform other tasks as required by the Principal Investigator

What You’ll Do:

• Walk dogs in the morning.
• Clean up after the dogs, including pee and poo.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe daycare environment.
• Feed and shower dogs as needed.
• Ensure dogs are comfortable, socialized, and having fun.
• Support in swim sessions and enrichment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for dogs and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience with dogs is a plus but not required.
• Responsible, patient, and friendly individuals.
• Must be of good physical fitness and health to handle daily tasks like walking and cleaning.
• Ability to commit for at least 6 months.
• Flexibility to work 1–3 shifts per week, depending on staffing needs.
