· Manage and administer welfare and benefits, e.g. fexible benefits and baby gifts, etc

· Manage and administer work-related medical arrangement, lockers and PPEs, e.g. safety goggles, shoes and uniforms

· Administer transport arrangment, payments and documents required by provider, e.g. LTA letter

· Administer and manage performance appraisal process, including confirmation process

· Manage and administer card access control system and issuance of card access cards

· Liaise with insurer representative and administer insurance claim process

· Support leave management

· Support C&B on attendance management and payments

· Support employees' enquiries

· Support team projects

· Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Administration, HR Management or equivalent

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and issue invoice emails to customers

· Prepare monthly sales reports

· Prepare supplies invoices for accounting purposes

· Generate and prepare quotations for customers

· Collect and arrange payment from customers

· Follow up on outstanding invoices

· Assist superiors and prepare cost analyses

· Record Shell card receipts (Company Diesel Card)

· Cover duties of the Storekeeper when necessary

· Negotiate pricing with suppliers

· Check stock inventory and liaise with the storekeeper

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

· Experience in customer service and invoicing preferred
