Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and self-motivated, full-time Research Fellow for a multi-disciplinary project on the fabrication of cardiac and vascular tissues using 3D bioprinting and microfluidic organ-on-chip strategies. The Retail Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and security protocols

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Collaborate on sales strategies and monitor sales performance with the Store Manager

Inventory Management:

Team Leadership & Staff Development:

Visual Merchandising:

• Implement and regularly update visual merchandising standards

Marketing & Promotions:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and events to drive footfall and increase sales

Requirements:

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage customer complaints effectively and make informed decisions
• Physically fit to perform standing and other physical tasks
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Explore heterogeneous systems with silicon chips being integrated on unconventional substrates such as flexible and stretchable, for ultra-low power always-on and intelligent silicon platforms.
