• Provide recommendations to developing mitigation measures (e.g. dynamic electrical load measuring and management, etc.) for implementation
• Support and provide site assessment of potential costs to upgrade electrical infrastructure to support EV charger deployment
• Develop tender specifications and requirements for electrical infrastructure upgrade
• Provide specialist advice on potential electrical-related issues in the infrastructure upgrade proposal and recommend solutions to optimize upgrade projects on cost and time
• Maintain compensation and performance management systems to retain quality manpower and exit poor performers

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
