• Be the liaison between the Functional Division/Department’s Subject Matter Experts, technology, and support teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
• Proven experience as a Process Analyst or related role, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Business acumen and the ability to align project objectives with overall business goals.
• Good knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in creating Process Flowcharts, Swimlane Diagrams, Value Stream Maps, or similar business process mapping diagrams and tools.
• Adept in data analysis concepts and familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with data platforms, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Microsoft 365 apps, especially in Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, MS Project, MS Visio and knowledge in SAP system.
• Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and has the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
• Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses.
• A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.

Preferred Skills:

• Business Analysis certification, e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP), is highly desirable.

• Provide admin support to the Engineering Department / Costing Department
• Perform updating of data to the accouting system
• Typing of Purchase Order / Quotation
• Filing of reports, forms and correspondences
• Attend to enquiries from externa parties
• Perform adhoc administrativ duties as and when assigned
• Min 'O' Level qualifications
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience
