Responsibilities

• Input, update, and verify data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular quality checks
• Quality control and system improvement
• Project testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Assisting Team Manager in ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum higher Nitec, N/O level and above
• A good team player who can work independently and diligently
• Meticulous and enjoys working with documents
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Able to work well in a fast pace environment with little supervision
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and team building skills
• Competent with MS Excel and Word

Job Description:

• Handle daily warehouse operations such as packing, receiving, loading and unloading of goods
• Ensure goods are correctly prepared for delivery
• Fulfil all assigned deliveries on time, as per schedule
• Upkeep and maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess a valid Class 3 driving license with good driving record
• Requires to handle heavy loads/ items
• Good team player who is able to work independently when required.
• Well-organised and possess a positive, keen to learn attitude.
• Able to multi-task and work well in fast-paced environment.
