• Prospect new customer relationships and manage existing portfolio
• Usual duties of a RM include account opening, credit proposal/reviews, KYC and review, security documentation, system handling, post lending management cross-selling, document management, etc
• Provide customers with the full range of financial products and services tailored to their needs
• Design and structure financial solutions for the customers and provide specialist opinion for corporate banking commodity customers from a product manager perspective

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance Studies and/or related fields
• Prior experience in a similar context will be an added advantage
• Sound communication and cooperation skills
• Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and HQ.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to retain clients and build long-term partnerships.

2. Needs Assessment and Analysis:

· Conduct thorough assessments to understand client’s specific needs and objectives.

· Analyze the existing employee benefits programs and identify areas for improvement on renewal.

· Help clients manage and control the costs of their benefits.

· Provide strategies for cost containment.

3. Market Research and Plan Design:

· Identify the insurance market to find best available plans and carriers.

· Design customised employee benefits plans that align with client’s goals and budget.

· Present multiple options and explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each.

4. Negotiation:

· Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best rates and terms for the client.

· Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to obtain favourable terms for clients.

5. Employee Communication and Education:

· Conduct in-person or online sessions to brief employees on their benefits.

· Provide on-going support to answer employee/HR questions and resolve issues

6. Claims Management:

· Assist in claim escalations from HR or employees

· Act as a liaison between employee and insurance carriers to resolve claims issues, if applicable

7. Renewals:

· Review performance of the insurance plans to ensure they continue to meet client’s needs.

· Recommend changes to the plans based on feedback from client and/or industry trends.

· Conduct remarketing exercise to compare the terms against existing insurance carrier.

· Provide claim analysis report to inform clients the claim trends of employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creation and review of the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Lead and execute end-to-end Financial, Compliance, and Operational Audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.
• Provide actionable, best-practice recommendations to enhance governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
• Prepare and review audit reports for presentation to management and the Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC).
• Supervise, mentor, and guide audit team members throughout audit projects.
• Oversee and manage external audit service providers, ensuring timely delivery of audit plans and recommendations to management.
• Provide secretariat support to the ARMC, including meeting coordination and documentation.
• Undertake investigations and manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Lead or participate in consulting and advisory projects as directed by the Director, Internal Audit.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s evolving business needs and transformation initiatives, contributing to the design of strategic audit approaches.
• Act as a liaison between management, the AGO, and other external audit bodies, including managing the whistleblowing channel.
• Conduct both scheduled and special investigations or audits as directed by the Director, Internal Audit.
• Track the resolution of audit findings and assist the Director in reporting to the ARMC on their status.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 8 years of internal audit experience, with a proven track record in governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proven experience in building relationships, influencing decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Confident decision-maker, able to navigate complex and ambiguous situations with ease.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in generating actionable insights from quantitative data.
• Familiarity with Audit Committee secretariat responsibilities and knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
• Prior experience working with or knowledge of public sector organizations is advantageous.
