Job Title: Part-Time Store Assistant

Job Overview: We are looking for Part-Time Store Assistants to join our team. As a highly reputable player in the industry, we hire based on integrity and aptitude. In this role, you will be assisting with day-to-day operations in our office headquarters / store.

Job Location & Hours: We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. We offer options to work 4-hour half shifts, and full-shifts, subject to discussion. A minimum commitment of 16 hours a week is required, including weekends. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in organizing and maintaining trading card inventory.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our custom inventory management system.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the inventory storage areas.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize inventory levels and fulfill orders promptly.

Requirements:

• Integrity, Honesty, and Good Aptitude is our #1 consideration.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently either alone or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills mandatory (Google Suite, Email, Web Whatsapp and Browser-Based Apps).
