Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Clinic Assistant located in Parkway East Hospital. Our client provided health and wellness service.You are responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. This includes managing appointment bookings and efficiently registering both new and returning patients. Additionally, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information, and resolving queries. Handling insurance claims, preparing invoices, and collecting payments are also key tasks. Alongside these, you will perform various administrative tasks, assist with clinical duties, and carry out simple procedures as needed. Furthermore, you'll undertake additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the medical facility.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in medical insurance processing
• IT savvy
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims is particularly valued.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a clinical environment

In this role, you will support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication between departments.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee revenue reconciliation (non-patient and patient billing), handle AR transactions, and update receipts from debtors
• Review AR aging trial balance, prepare subvention receipts, and assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow projections
• Manage daily clinic cash collections, prepare journal entries, and assist with audit schedules
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve billing inquiries and ensure timely payments

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Accountancy
• 4 - 5 years of experience will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South-east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality
• Manage the tender process, along with the Procurement Management Team, from pre-qualification of contractors and consultants, preparation of technical tender documents, to tender clarifications and evaluation.
• Support the Engineering Lead in reviewing consultant designs, drawings and specifications so as to achieve optimum design and cost.
• Conduct technical investigations for new Industrial parks including preliminary infrastructure concept, assessment of development constraints and issues.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including internal Management, project director, consultants, and contractors for matters that arise throughout the development process.
• Propose recommendations and implement solutions for all civil and structural (C&S) related matters.
• Assist to maintain good records of technical documents for internal audit from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in C&S design and project management works.
• Familiar with design, Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations and Green Building & Sustainability Design e.g. EDGE, LEED.
• Prior experience in a consultancy firm and/ or design experience in industrial parks and industrial building assets preferred; experience in projects in the South-east Asian Region is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to work well independently and in teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other Project Management or Quality Management systems
• Willing to travel when business need arises

Prepare dental chair and setting up the instruments prior to doctors/patients arrival
