• Aerospace Hybrid Propulsion and Electrification

Candidate Profile:

• Possess relevant Bachelor and PhD degrees from reputable universities.
• Good research track record, and postdoctoral experience would be advantageous.
• Research experience should encompass at least one of the following broad areas of Aircraft Propulsion, Aircraft Electrification, Energy-efficient Aeroengines, Hybrid & electric Propulsion, and Green Propulsion Systems.
• Profound expertise in experimental methodologies and/or computational analysis/simulation in at least one of the above areas.
• Familiarity with the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Data Analytics in Aircraft Propulsion and related areas would be advantageous.

Successful candidates are expected to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, supervise graduate students and undergraduate projects. Candidates on tenure-track would also be expected to acquire research funding and conduct research.

• Alternative Energy Technology and Carbon Management

Candidate Profile:

• Possess relevant Bachelor and PhD degrees from reputable universities.
• A good research track record, and postdoctoral experience would be advantageous.
• Research intersects the multidisciplinary field of alternative and green energy technologies, and carbon management.
• Alternative and green energy technologies, and carbon management in areas of interest including but not limited to alternative, low- (or zero-carbon) energy resources, processes, and systems; carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technologies; energy efficiency, waste heat/cold recovery, and thermal management.
• Demonstrate specialization in experimental methodologies, computational analysis/simulation and data analytics/modelling.
• The ability to develop and conduct an effective experimental, computational/numerical research program in alternative energy technologies and carbon management is expected.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Checking of daily sales report and posting of daily sales

· Posting of purchase orders into goods receipt and AP invoices

· Generate monthly concessionaire sales report and send to concessionaire vendors for billing

· Tabulate concessionaire sales commission and raise invoice to bill concessionaire vendors

· Tracking and monitoring of purchase rebates and discounts from vendors

· Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments in accordance with company’s payment cycle

· Perform monthly bank reconciliation

· Assist with monthly/quarterly inventory count and accounts closing, as well as year-end audit

· Ensure proper documentations are maintained and kept in compliance with statutory regulations

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

· LCCI/CAT qualification or equivalent is preferred

· A minimum of one year experience in accounting work

· Hands-on experience in accounting software, preferably in SAP B1

· Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel

· Responsible, meticulous, organised and independent team player who is able to handle voluminous work and perform under pressure
