• Report to Project Manager /Site Manager for the Arrangement of work
• Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors
• Visit Site 2 to 3 times per week
• Familiar with Civil Construction works
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Willing to work on Sites (under hot sun working)

Job Responsibilites:

• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials, workshop tools and office supplies
• Generate purchase orders, oversea delivery schedules and maintain purchase records
• Manage suppliers, resolve discrepancies or quality issues on purchases
• Inventory management with workshop/storeman

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

• Support the Logistics Manager/Assistant Logistics Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Oversee the movement and storage of goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure the smooth flow of goods within the facility, from receiving to storing.
• Coordinate production, sales, and warehouse stock requests, such as transfers.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
• Schedule drivers and warehouse staff for local deliveries.
• Maintain updated records of orders and suppliers.
• Responsible for stocking shelves, organizing cartons, and conducting inventory counts.
• Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck and forklift.
• Issue documents for local deliveries.
• Oversee all warehouse packing administration and documentation on SAP software. Update monthly packing details.
• Manage workers' uniforms, safety shoes, and other necessary items.
• Develop warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and ISO standards.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be willing to work in Tuas.
• Good Command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with colleagues and external vendors).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience in SAP software is an added advantage.

• Receiving, put-away, issuance of stock.
• Assist in pick & pack when necessary.
• Unload, stack, move, and place products in designated areas and in proper manner.
• Perform detailed stock counts.
• Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
• Follow all warehouse and safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling full spectrum of shipping documentation.
• Handling Import and Export documents.
• Well-versed in import/export permit declarations.
• Coordination with forwarders on vessel arrival and freight payments.
• Correspondence with overseas suppliers to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.

Job Requirements:

• GCE’O’ Level and above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Those who have working experience in Logistics/Shipping/Freight forwarding industry will have an advantage.
• Positive working attitude with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Able to start work immediately
