The RF will be responsible for building a fully automated robotic platform to execute the scientific goals laid out in the project, with multi-layer perovskite film deposition and crystallization, followed by rapid characterization to create a database (primarily building upon the SpinBot system we have purchased from SciPrios: https://www.sciprios.de/lab-automation/spincoating-robots/ ). The RF is also expected to execute optimization algorithms developed by the team to identify relevant regions of interest in the input parameter space. The Choksi research group is seeking a Research Fellow funded by a grant through the C4T Phase 2 No Cost Extension hosted at the Energy Research Institute at NTU (ERIAN). The Research Fellow will help advance foundational knowledge in understanding the stability and synthesizability of porous materials using computational methods. The research fellow will employ electronic structure calculations, first principles thermodynamics, and machine learning methods to develop a paradigm for the predictive synthesizability of porous materials..
