We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bedok North. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotations for potential customers
• Generating and processing invoices
• Managing and responding to emails
• Handling the renewal of workers' work passes
• Assisting with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
• Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as needed
