Responsibilities:

• Upkeep of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Module
• Ensure timeliness in payment / collection to vendors / customers
• Issuance of Debit and Credit Notes
• Maintain petty cash vouchers and preparation of expenses claim and record transactions into accounting system
• Arranging payment to suppliers
• Reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of accounts
• To assist GST submission quarterly and reconciliation between accounting system and IRAS/Custom to meet MES compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in accountancy, LCCI, CAT or its equivalent
• Familiar with Navision accounting system is a plus point

Looking for a Assistant Student Care Teacher to "assist" the Main Teacher to manage a small class of 10 to 15 primary school students.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- To supervise school homework and test spelling.

- To facilitate lunch and tea-break for the students.

- To manage classroom discipline.

- To ensure the safety of students.

- To ensure the cleanliness of centre.

- To fetch students from 1 nearby Primary School (7 mins walk)

- Required: Minimum N-Level / O-Level / ITE

- Preferred: With some classroom experience.

Working hours:

- For 5 Days: Mondays to Fridays

- On School Days are from 1.00pm to 6pm-7pm.

- On School Holidays are from 8.00am to 6pm-7pm.

- Salary: $1500.00 - $2500.00 per month (inclusive of Employer CPF)

- No Work on Public Holidays.
