Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field. ACMV project experience is preferred.
• Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification or higher preferred.

• Manage and maintain proper record & filing of all documents
• Assist with compiling monthly reports & other reports to Client
• To assist the engineering project team on site coordination
• Manage office equipment inventory

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE O-Level
• MS Office (including Powerpoint)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese workers, subcontractors and vendors)
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in construction industry.

Work Scope
-Required to handle cashiering/coffee making duties
-Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of outlet
-Maintain in-store displays and replenish products when required
-Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by manager

Requirements
-Able to work on weekends and public holidays
-Understanding of food safety practices ( preferably to have food hygiene course certificate )
-Previous experience is advantage
