The lab works on translational research i.e. spanning cellular, murine and human TB research. Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Research Fellow will design and execute experiments in M. tuberculosis infection of mice, processing of samples, and associated readouts including flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, molecular biology including immunofluorescence. State-of-the art techniques include spatial transcriptomics and bioinformatics can be learnt and applied. Spatial transcriptomic work is also expected from human tissues.
