About the Job

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts, communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
• Monitor and prepare cash flow analysis
• Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operations of the Main Office and Engineering Office.
• Manage office mail and courier services.
• Provide administrative support in Day-to-day documentation.

• Custodian of all office access cards and system update.
• Housekeeping of the office.
• Responsible for answering incoming calls, screening of calls, routing them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying messages as needed.
• All other ad-hoc work instructions from the Manager

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N”, “O’ Levels & equivalent
