• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on the customer's RFQ, including pricing, terms of sale, delivery schedules, and any special terms applicable to the customers.
• Ensure that quotations are submitted to the customer timely and accurate responses to customer RFQs and facilitating the conversion of quotations into sales orders.
• May assist the sales team in negotiating prices with customers, addressing any pricing concerns or discrepancies, and seeking approval from Sales-in-charge / Management for any deviations from standard pricing policies.
• To follow up with customers after submitting quotations. Maintain regular follow-up and communicate with customers throughout the quotation process, providing updates on the status of their RFQ, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all RFQs received, quotations prepared, and sales orders generated, including documentation of any special terms or conditions agreed upon with customers.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, managing customer’s email enquiries etc.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support operations by streamlining and enhancing the RFQ handling process.
• Handle tasks assigned by the Sales Team/Management from time to time

Education and Experience Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service support job functions, strongly preferred in a similar field (Electronics Industry)
• 2-3 years of experience in a Sales support role or other customer-focused environment
• Ability to work independently , responsible and as a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel ,Power-point)
• Strong customer service orientation
