The Research Assistant/Associate who will play a key role in assisting in the development, execution and analysis of research aimed at addressing the challenges of training and operating in rising ambient temperatures. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary group comprising exercise and thermal physiologists, data scientists, biomedical engineers and researchers. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 8+ years of senior level secretarial experience in a fast-paced organisation

Job Description:

• To perform the registration of patients.
• To perform the scheduling of appointments.
• To perform dispensing of medications.
• To perform payment collection and ensure that payments are tallied for end of business day takings.
• To perform general administrative duties in the clinic as assigned.
• To ensure that all medical billings and invoices are accurate and prompt.
• To perform in monthly stock-taking of drugs and consumables.
• To assist the doctor during treatment and medical examination (when required).
• To perform other duties as assigned by the doctor.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' levels or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality.
• Preferrably with healthcare or hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm.
