- Provides back-up to the Account Manager on all clerical functions, as needed.

- Assist on the month-end closing procedures to meet monthly deadlines.

- Assist on other accounting projects as needed.

- Process high volume in payment transaction.

- Able to work independently,research and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Monitor AR/AP Aging reports and days sales outstanding.

- Obatains and emails invoice copies/statements for customer,as required.

- Match invoices against purchase ordders, any price/quantity discrepancies research and resolve with purchasing department.

Salary : $2,500 to $3,500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Process payables and post transactions to the ledgers via VIM on a timely basis.
• Assists in preparing supporting documents and reconciles the GL accounts to the sub ledgers.
• Assists in month-end closing activities.
• Participate in quarterly/annual physical stock-count exercise.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years or more of accounting experience.
• Those with hand-on experience in SAP S4/Hana and SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems – Excel, PowerPoint and Word and have an eye for details.
• Must be a team player and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage & oversee portfolio of wines and water

· Manage stock inventory and replenishment

· Implement brand plans, key marketing programs and activations

· Organise in large scale events, launch parties, wine tasting, wine dinner and wine training

· Manage POS material inventory levels as well as maximize utilization of POS material

· Manage Magnum marketing activities

· Handle marketing collaterals for off-trade customers

· Curating sales kits for Sales Team

· Support sales team in execution of promotions

· Ensure price-lists are up to date

· Communicate with suppliers and principals

· Provide reports on a monthly basis on the portfolio

· Provide ad-hoc reports on request by Management

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related disciplines

· Competent in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
