Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development in trust technologies – translating algorithms into tools and frameworks and implementing working prototypes that can demonstrate how research outputs can be innovated to build new capabilities.
• Work closely with Centre’s researchers to design and develop research prototypes into the proof-of-concept systems.

Job Requirements:

Job Description

The Mechanobiology Institute (MBI) at the National University of Singapore is a multidisciplinary institute dedicated to developing new paradigms in biomedical research. We focus on the quantitative analysis of dynamic functional processes in pathogenesis (ranging from bacterial to cancer), tissue regeneration, and function.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join Prof. Lim Chwee Teck's lab at MBI. The Lim lab conducts research on biomedical problems relating to human diseases, in particular, diseases associated with cancer, malaria, sepsis and aging, and develops innovative mechanobiologically inspired platforms in microfluidics and wearable microdevices to detect, diagnose and treat such diseases.

Qualifications

Candidates with a PhD in engineering, biology, biomedical sciences, or related fields are encouraged to apply. A strong background in cell/ molecular biology is required, as well as prior experience with cancer cell mechanics. • Support post-production activities such as reviewing cuts and coordinating feedback with clients.
• Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Experience in handling shooting schedules and logistics.
• Experience with scouting, recce, and securing shoot locations, including managing permits.
