The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub).

The workflow and process transformation leader are the linchpin of the DHA team. S/he is responsible for supporting DHA teams to ensure maximum benefit is being realised from implementing digital health solutions and measuring the impact of those solutions. For most projects this will involve process and people change that will require strong leadership and stakeholder management.

An effective workflow and process transformation leader will likely come from a leadership position in hospital operations, healthcare IT professional services or healthcare consulting background. S/he will be equally comfortable talking to both front-line care givers as well as the C-Suite to drive big changes in clinical practice supported by digital health.

Description

• Senior leader responsible for ensuring outcomes and impact of digital health solutions are realized and quantified
• Perform as-is and to-be workflow analysis
• Lead definition of key performance indicators for solution baseline performance and impact
• Analyse factors that drive process performance
• Identify and manage stakeholder groups to target to change systems and processes
• Act as independent advisors to PHIs to create a shared vision around to-be process and mobilize commitment to change

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Related Field
• 15+ years of experience in hospital operations management or consulting
• Track record of multi-stakeholder, multi-institution change management
• Define and lead measurable quantifiable parameters with respect to current vs perceived change.
• Experience in measuring return of investment measures on software projects, ideally in healthcare setting
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc)

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with expertise in high performance digital design and system level architecture modeling to join our Heterogeneous System design team. This candidate will work closely with IME's advanced packing team and contribute to the exploration, optimization and development of multicore & multi-chip system using IME's heterogeneous integration platform.

Job Description:

Digital IC Design and system-level exploration:

• Contribute to the design and development of digital integrated circuits, ensuring they meet performance and functionality requirements.
• Emphasize a system-level perspective in the design process, considering overall system architecture and functionality.
• Incorporate Edge AI principles into digital IC designs, enabling efficient and intelligent processing at the edge of the network.
• RTL implementation for custom circuit design using Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Derive specs and implement necessary customized and highly efficient building blocks such as systolic array, data path controller, scheduler, integer and floating-point processing engine, FFT, etc which are frequency used in various computing architectures.

Simulation, Verification, and Implementation:

• Conduct thorough simulation and verification of digital designs to validate functionality and performance.
• Utilize FPGA in digital IC designs, leveraging its flexibility and reconfigurability for system emulation and architecture exploration
• Perform timing analysis and collaborate with the team to optimize designs for timing closure.
• Contribute to power analysis activities and implement power-efficient design techniques.

Publish research works in prestigious conferences and Journals such as ISSCC, VLSI Symp, A-SSCC, DAC, JSSC and TCAS-I/II.

Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.

Troubleshoot and debug digital IC designs with a focus on identifying and addressing system-level issues.

Bring creative and innovative solutions to design challenges, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. The candidate should have prior experiences in IC tape-out of digital/mixed signal SoC and system level modelling and optimization using industry standard tools from leading EDA vendors such as Cadence, Synopsis and Matlab.

Job Description:

• Support procurement process at DxD Hub, ensuring technical and policy compliance as well as value-for-money.
• Structuring requirements for procurement process: Translate purchase requests from technical team to online procurement systems.
• Perform and/or support activities throughout procurement process. Example activities include creating internal approval memos and justification, preparing external documents (e.g. Invitation to Quote, Tenders).
• Support proposal evaluation: work with users to perform structured assessment of vendor proposals and recommend proposal to award.
• Partner with executives in other functions including Procurement and Finance to ensure efficient operations.
• Collate and track data to support analysis, including maintaining databases and hard copy records.
• Ensure that database is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to DxD Hub Team ensuring safe and comfortable DxD Hub operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in purchasing of biomedical consumables and equipment would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
