We are looking for an individual who has a good experience in administration and accountability for great performance and results delivery to be part of the Credit Services team in Experian Singapore. This is a temporary role for 4 months.
What you’ll be doing
- After first correspondence have been sent out to the Registered Office customers, call them to get their response to change their address to our new office address.
- Assist to prepare resolutions to email to clients to sign after getting their reply on the change of address.
- Email resolutions to clients.
- Follow up on the signed resolutions.
- Follow up with the customers who have not responded above.
- Assist in packing the Corporate Secretarial files for moving.
- Any other matters assigned.
