The EmPaTHy Programme aims to leverage on technology to transform delivery of patient care in primary care by focusing on preventive care, data‐driven precision medicine, and people‐centred care. The Programme will conduct research and training related to people‐centred care and digital health, and translate the research findings into clinical practice. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, the Senior/ Associate will support and assist the Finance Department of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) in matters relating to the following areas:

You will be responsible for the timely orders of non-stock rehab and nursing items to vendor and receipt of goods process by wards. You will ensure timely and accurate charging of all goods issued to patient bills. You will ensure timely and accurate inpatient billing and claims to third party payers. You will participate in quality improvement activities. You will also provide administrative support to the Finance department and assist Chief Financial Officer in administrative duties.

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will report to Manager, Research and Translational Innovation (RTIO) and will work closely within the RTIO team, as well as stakeholders and external partners of the SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). He/ she will implement RTIO’s 5-year strategic plan for the development of research and translational innovation in SCH and the intermediate and long-term care sector.

The CRC will perform literature review, assist in the writing of manuscripts, study recruitment, and obtain informed consent and conduct research activities in accordance to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA). He/ She will perform research data and biological sample collection according to research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and specific procedures depending on study needs. He/ She will clean, prepare and calibrate research equipment as needed by studies and as per SOPs and SCH Infection Control policies. He/ She will manage research study database and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data collected in study reports. He/ She will participate in the preparation of abstracts, posters and manuscripts for dissemination of study results and perform other duties, as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition or related fields
