1-Year Contract via Agency

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangement
• Address customer queries regarding metering concerns
• Attend to and troubleshoot any metering faults
• Investigate site abnormalities resulting from power surges or drops in energy consumption
• Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request
• Follow up on meter readings not obtained by vendors or the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system
• Process daily tasks though the K2 workflow and coordinate with vendors for subsequent periodic meter readings or installations
• Communicate with SP Group regarding customer inquiries related to metering and replacement of faulty meters
• Manage meter inventory

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or a relevant engineering field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior experience in meter management is advantageous but not mandatory
• Candidates with the willingness to learn new skills will also be considered
• Interaction with customers either through email correspondence or in-person meetings at customer locations

This position is based at Somerset.

You will provide operational support in the scanning of medical records and any of its related activities in Health Information Management Services. You will ensure accurate document preparation, scanning, and indexing of medical records under the established scanning guidelines.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC I NITEC I GCE N I O I A Level with 4 years' working experience
• Proficient and familiar with IT applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organising and co-ordinating skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling of future appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
• Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
• Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• No experience needed , Training Provided
