Position: Lab Associate Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

· Lab Experimental Techniques

Perform various experimental techniques, including chromatography, PCR, HPLC, SDS-Page and cell culture. Assist in the purification of recombinant proteins and antibodies and follow appropriate procedures and SOPs.

· Data Recording and Analysis

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily store operations to achieve store sales.
• Provides excellent customer service with good maintenance of shopping environment.
• Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy.
• Engage and capitalize in upselling and cross-selling to customers.
• Operates POS cash register and handles various payment mode with accuracy.
• Ensure that store presentation is well maintained with store replenishment and clean fixtures.

Requirements :

• Minimum GCE “O” Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in high end fashion/luxury industry or in similar capacity
• Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays (5 work days per week)
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
• Fluent in English. Additional spoken languages is a plus.

• Actively connecting with users via calls, understanding their needs, and recommending the best service option for them
• Attend and resolve customer enquiries and operations-related requests via calls, WhatsApp and emails on a timely basis.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to ensure project success.
• Additional/ ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Manager when required
