Qualifications

Candidates should possess a PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

What will you do as an Associate in ISD?

• Manage data operations processes to bring in asset-level data on GIC’s private markets investments into the GIC environment, including handling of operational and non-routine queries/requests from business users and external information providers
• Design, develop and implement sustainable processes and controls to ensure consistent high standards of data quality and governance
• Review existing processes and implement improvements to achieve robust ways of processing data and advancement in productivity

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

Job Duties:

• This role will gain hands-on experience and knowledge of all areas of the business by being assigned to different departments, before being placed in a suitable role permanently.
• The purpose of the program is to provide the employee with a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• To participate in business negotiations and building of relationships with core clients and vendors.
• Assist the directors with the execution on various key business decisions.
• High-performing individuals can take a fast-track route to a leadership position.
• There is a possibility to be involved with regional growth or other businesses within the same group.
• Other ad-hoc duties apply

Description / Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration of Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• The potential candidate must be motivated to stay ahead by keeping up with the latest technological advancements and market trends.
