Our Graduate Development Program is a two-year program consisting of primarily four core business rotations spread across the term. You will start and finish your rotation in the core function and spend the remaining time, in related business functions learning how it all connects.

The program is designed to help you discover and learn about the many different parts of our business that come together in supporting the end goals. You will have amazing opportunities to establish relationships with key stakeholders of the business and potentially travel to some of our other business locations as part of the learning journey.

Your rotations will take you out of your comfort zone by giving you the chance to work with both corporate and field-based environments, providing you with an opportunity to explore your desires through meaningful work assignments, projects, and networking. We are looking for a Research Fellow (RF) to join a newly funded project led by A/P Yang Zhao(RG2/24, Ministry of Education). This position aims to fulfill the project’s objectives of advancing three-dimensional (3D) six-wave-mixing (6WM) spectroscopy for real-time molecular materials characterization. The appointed RF will play a pivotal role in developing computational simulations, theoretical methods, and practical protocols to extract photophysical and photochemical information from 6WM spectroscopy signals. This work will significantly contribute to MSE’s and NTU’s advancement in the field of energy materials and advanced sensor development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough literature review and generate periodic updates;
• Lead the design and implementation of computational models for 6WM spectroscopy signals;

• Carry out literature research on STOA of verification of resilience.
• Develop a formal-method based modeling framework that can capture a variety of operational requirements and performance constraints under uncertain environment, upon which quantification of resilience of sensing and control is feasible.
