We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with a strong background in art direction, content creation and creative team management, and has experience in ideating for platform-driven strategies to conceptualise and execute visually compelling campaigns that resonate across various digital and social platforms. This candidate will require a deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, and designing for new mediums, with a passion for delivering visually stunning and impactful work.
● Art Direction and Visual Design: Lead and oversee the visual aspects of creative projects, ensuring that all design elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives while pushing creative boundaries.
● Big Ideation: Develop and champion innovative creative concepts that align with brand objectives, engage target audiences, and drive social media engagement.
● Platform Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to craft platform-specific strategies that maximize visual impact and engagement.
● Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment with a strong focus on art direction.
● Client and Stakeholder management: Partner with account teams to present creative ideas to clients, ensuring that creative proposals align with their brand vision and business goals.
