• Responsible for liaising with the private bankers/retail banker for relevant investment and trade execution (mainly Singapore and United States)
• Ad-hoc project management tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the finance or investment sector
• Experienced in dealing with US market stock trading and option equity trading
• A focus in the asset and wealth management industry would be advantageous
• Strong analytical and reporting skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Words
• Understanding financial markets/trends and interest in private markets is essential

We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Head of Business Development and Product Development in driving new business ideas, building partnerships, and exploring corporate opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Support for Business Initiatives

· Assist in exploring and developing new business opportunities to drive growth.

· Reach out to potential partners or corporate clients to gain buy-in for VIVIFI’s business ideas.

· Conduct basic market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.

· Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business discussions.

Administrative and Coordination Support

· Help coordinate and track progress on business initiatives.

· Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and other organizational tasks to ensure smooth execution of projects.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of discussions and outcomes.

Collaborative Role

· Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Product Development to execute strategies and ideas.

· Provide ad-hoc support for team activities, including events, marketing, or product-related tasks as needed.
