Project Scope

The project “Zero-G wells: a 3D tissues growing platform for human tissue regeneration study in microgravity conditions” is aimed at studying the effects of gravitational forces on the regulation of cell and tissue homeostasis. To this end, we will engineer an advanced version of our JeWells platform [1] which allows the growth of thousands of organoids in parallel while maintaining full access for standard and advanced microscopies. The effects of mechanical unloading will be tested on different biological models by subjecting them to conditions of hypo- and hyper-gravity. We will make use of simulation tools (with e.g. a Random Positioning Machine, RPM), and 0-g parabolic flight conditions; these experiences will also give the necessary feedback to prepare our set-up in compliance with the experimental conditions and policies required to apply for access to the International Space Station (ISS).

The candidate needs to develop data-efficient speech and language processing algorithms to meet Singapore's strategic national needs. These multimodal representation learning techniques need to incorporate insights from human potential domain (e.g. EdTech) to enable practical and deployable innovations. Strong problem solving, coding, and communications skills are expected. Publications at top NLP/AI/ML/Speech venues are expected.

Job Requirement:

• PhD in speech and spoken language processing, machine learning, AI
• At least 2 years of experience
• Proficient programming skills, familiarity with Linux
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to replicate and reproduce state-of-the-art models and results, and then innovate on top of these benchmarks

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will focus on serving the Singapore Market. The ideal candidate will have the passion in technology and digital solutions and must demonstrate strong communication skills, as they will work closely with executives, colleagues, and clients on a number of projects. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results. He/She will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities to achieve growth and sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new clients
