MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibility is to generate business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of business experience executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience
• Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)
• Acknowledged experts in their industry, function or specialist areas with demonstrable sales, account management and delivery expertise
• Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
• Excellent relationship building, consultative and influencing skills
• Must have client management experience with strong credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative service
• Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
• Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented

The role of Audit Associate is to execute risk-based external audits for the business, as part of the company's statutory annual audit engagements. The Audit Associate is reporting to their Senior, Manager and Audit Partners which will conduct company annual audits from planning through to completion.

The main role and responsibility of Audit Associate is to assist the team with the planning and administration of audit assignments, enabling completion to a high standard within agreed timetable and budget and is motivated to perform and committed to effective client service and the quality of work meets the company's ethical and professional standards and supports organisational success.

Job Description:

1. Conduct full range of audit for SMEs from various industries;
2. Support the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments;
3. Prepare financial statements and communicate findings;
4. Monitoring the engagement progress ensuring deadline is met;
5. Coach and train juniors to work independently; and
6. Develop and maintain productive working relationship with the clients.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 1 year of audit or relevant work experience;
2. Candidates must possess at least a Degree in related field;
3. Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing;
4. Familiar with Microsoft Words and Excel;
