· Undertake sampling and monitoring works;

· Preparing proposals, reports and project coordination (i.e., Environmental Baseline Studies, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Monitoring and Management Program).

Job Requirements

· Open to fresh graduates, or with 1-2 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment. Working experience in a consultant firm with exposure to EHS Compliance Audits would be an advantage.

· Field experience in conducting site survey and sampling is advantageous.

· Experience with client management and project management skills can be considered for more senior position.

· Knowledge of Singapore’s Environmental, Health and Safety Laws and Regulations, PUB and NEA guidelines etc.

· Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.

· Ability to exercise discretion on complex & sensitive issues.

· Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.

· Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in liaison with Singapore government authorities is advantageous)

· MS Office and/or QGIS knowledge and skills are advantageous.

· Tertiary qualifications, minimum BEng/BSc in Environmental Engineering,Management, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or related.

This role shall report to the Office Manager and will be responsible for frontline reception duties and supporting the Office Manager in ensuring smooth operations of the office.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage corporate travel, visa applications, and staff expense claim processing.
• Assist in the procurement of low-value general office supplies, stocktaking of office supply inventories, and handling general office invoice processing.
• Be responsible for reception duties, which include managing incoming and outgoing mails, handling couriers and parcels, answering incoming calls, welcoming office guests, reserving of meeting rooms, and setting up video conferences.
• Assist the Office Manager with the office facilities matters.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification GCE “O” Level.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the capacity of a receptionist.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent customer service skills, Multi-tasking capability, Independent problem-solving ability.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English to ensure seamless communication with colleagues in the Beijing office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling of future appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
• Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
• Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• Prior healthcare/ customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
