Job Description

• To coordinates the process of product registration and market access approval in the designated countries including providing all required documents and certificates within the specified timeframe proactively to complete product registration.
• To provide advice to internal and external teams in interpreting relevant guidance documents and standards.

Raine is currently seeking an Associate to join its integrated investment banking and growth private equity team in Singapore. The Associate will quickly become a core member of deal teams, working to execute advisory and principal investing opportunities in Asia and internationally. The individual will have regular exposure to the broader Raine team and projects across the US, Europe, and Asia.
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a deep passion for the media/entertainment, sports, gaming and technology sectors. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the ability to understand, articulate, and evaluate business models in our core sectors. Further, outstanding relationship management and communication skills are critical as this role involves regular exposure to senior leaders. Qualifications:

• Professional enthusiasm for the media, entertainment, sports and technology sectors
