• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in software testing and/or software security and/or applied machine learning.
• Track record of strong R&D capability, with publications at leading cybersecurity conferences and/or journals.
• Working knowledge of the C/C++ or Python programming language.
• Working knowledge in binary analysis and code reverse engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with 5G and Wireless Networking is advantageous.

We are in search of a highly motivated and accomplished Research Fellow to join our team and significantly contribute to our upcoming research project "Empowering Real-World 3D Scene Understanding: Navigating Noise, Distribution Shifts, and Incremental Learning". The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our research team, working on the development of ground-breaking algorithms and methodologies for Real-world 3D scene understanding problems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research and have a substantial influence on the field.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake research in the field of real-World 3D scene understanding.
• Design and execute experiments to validate the proposed approaches.
• Analyze and interpret data sourced from inputs, including images or point clouds.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in real-world 3D scene understanding and related fields, and integrate new findings into research projects.
• Prepare research papers for publication in prestigious conferences and journals.
• Deliver presentations on research findings at conferences and other pertinent events.

Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a specialization on computer vision and machine learning.
• A strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and 3D geometry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
• Experience with relevant software libraries and frameworks, such as Pytorch, OpenCV, or PCL.
• A solid grasp of mathematical concepts related to 3D computer vision, including geometry, optimization, and statistical methods.
• A proven track record of publishing research papers in esteemed conferences or journals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
