Supervising and monitoring the care, welfare and well-being of residents
Handling the daily nursing operations of the ward and implementing nursing requirements and regulations
Providing feedback and suggestions on the needs of the residents and for service improvement
Planning and implementing new services, programmes and activities
Recording, safe-keeping and administration of medication and subcutaneous injections
Assisting doctors during ward rounds and following-up on recommended changes
Job Requirements
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Possess a valid Practicing Certificate from Singapore Nursing Board
Candidates with clinical experience in pediatrics ward are welcomed to apply
Ability to manage the Ward well with minimal supervision
Display qualities in motivating, leading and supervising junior staff
Proactive and supportive in carrying out new initiatives
