Job Description:
We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to take on the functional role that combines data management and data science skills for OMOP data curation & data analytics of Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP).
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of OHDSI OMOP framework across the national strategic research datasets such as the Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP).
- Develop and implement data management strategies for standard Common Data Model, vocabulary/ontology, mapping tools, methods and documentation (HDR UK CaRROT mapper).
- Develop and implement proactive quality control audits/quality management plans across datasets to ensure data mapping accuracies and completeness.
- Perform advanced analytics atop the OMOP Common Data Model for population-level analyses and data visualizations
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor/Master Degree in Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
- Good programming skills (Python, R).
- Knowledge/experience on OHDSI OMOP framework and regulatory data submissions.
- Good team player and communication skills for collaborative research.
- 3 to 5 years' experience.
