We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurses to join our team and provide essential care to chronic ill and palliative patients at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform home visits to assess and manage chronic ill/palliative patients.
• Conduct nursing assessments and coordinate with doctors for medical evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Monitor patient medication adherence and compliance with doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Perform critical nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter insertion, naso-gastric tube insertion, and care of medical tubing.

Job Description:

• Prepare IP (Investigational Product) according to study pharmacy manual and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Administer IP infusions to clinical trial subjects.

• Perform venepuncture on clinical trial subjects and collect blood samples as per study protocol.

• Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Monitor patients during infusion and report any adverse events.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Collaborate with the clinical trial team.

Staff Nurse | Up to $4k | 4 Days | Buangkok

• Monday - Sunday 8am to 7pm

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse
• Oversee the general health of the residents: participate in and supervise medical and nursing care routine
• Supervise and assess the performance of nursing aides and health attendants
• Assist and carry out emergency situations in the Home
• The Staff Nurse will report to the Head Nursing and Therapy

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma / degree / professional degree in Nursing
• Candidate must be a State Registered Nurse with valid certificate by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
