We are a fast-paced research facility that designs, develops, and manufactures integrated chips, i.e. heterogeneous system in package modules, for defence and commercial applications.

We are looking for a hands-on Thin Film engineer who demonstrates a positive attitude, collaborates well in a team, and possesses strong technical abilities along with sound problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the module leader and execute the design of experiment (DOE) using advanced techniques such as sputtering, evaporation, and chemical vapor deposition (e.g. SiO2, SiON, TaN, Au, Ti, Al, Ni, Pt and etc.).
• Develop and optimize deposition parameters to achieve precise film thickness, uniformity, and quality.
• Help to identify and troubleshoot process issues, working towards yield enhancement and performance improvement.
• Utilize a range of characterization techniques, including optical microscopes, surface profiler, SEM, Ellipsometer to analyze thin film properties.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes such as standard operating procedure (SOP), experimental setups, and results for future reference and knowledge transfer and including training.
• Oversee the operation of laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning. Work with the equipment vendor to conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work with the University’s procurement team to source and acquire necessary equipment. Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring equipment aligns with research requirements and budget constraints.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with University and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with different modules and team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on processes and status of equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (e.g. Microelectronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering) with 3 years of relevant working experience or Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering (e.g. Microelectronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering).
• Hands-on working experience in semiconductor fab/cleanroom environment in Thin Film area preferred (e.g. SiN, SiO2, TaN, Al, Au, Ti, Ni, Pt and etc.).
• Ability to create and analyze DOE for Thin Film process.
• Experience in wet bench processes, especially the lift-off technique, is essential.
• Basic knowledge in semiconductor fabrication process and device physics.
• Strong understanding of thin film materials and their properties, with expertise in process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Explore the basic model of large-scale/ultra-large-scale multi-modal understanding and generation interweaving, and carry out extreme system optimization; Data construction, instruction fine-tuning, preference alignment, model optimization; Improve the ability of data synthesis, scalable oversight, model reasoning and planning, build a comprehensive, objective and accurate evaluation system, and explore and improve the ability of large models.

- Explore and break through the advanced capabilities of multi-modal models and world models, including but not limited to multi-modal RAG, visual COT and Agent, and build a universal multi-modal Agent for GUI/ games and other virtual worlds.

- Use pre-training, simulation and other technologies to model various environments in the virtual/real world, provide the basic ability of multi-modal interactive exploration, promote application landing, and develop new technologies and new products with artificial intelligence technology as the core.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above, computer, electronics, mathematics and other related majors.

- Have in-depth research in one or more fields such as computer vision, multimodal, AIGC, machine learning, rendering generation, etc.. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to solve large model training and application problems; Ability to explore solutions independently.

- With good communication and collaboration skills, proactive work, able to harmoniously cooperate with the team to explore new technologies and promote technological progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

- With excellent basic algorithms, solid foundation of machine learning, familiar with CV, AIGC, NLP, RL, ML and other fields of technology, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGGRAPH or SIGGRAPH Asia and other top conferences/journals published papers are preferred.

- With excellent coding ability, proficient in C/C++ or Python programming language, ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOl, Top Coder, Kaggle and other competition winners preferred.

- In the fields of multimodal, large model, basic model, world model, RL, rendering generation, leading projects with too much influence is preferred.

Job Scope:

• Oversees budget for the clinic to ensure company goals are being met, monitors clinic expenditures, and performs daily financial management tasks.
• Engages in leadership meetings with Regional Management to present key practice metrics for strategic business planning
• Implement clinic operations SOPs to ensure the clinic is compliant with company metrics and goals
• Be the main focal point to bridge communication between the various external and internal counterparts (e.g. group departments, doctors and clinic staff) to ensure all business requirements are aligned and met
• Deliver patient care, including administering medications, monitoring conditions, and assisting with IVF and other fertility-related procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, conducting assessments, and preparing patients for procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor and manage patient responses to treatment, addressing complications or concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies, maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on advancements in fertility treatments and nursing practices.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
• Train and mentor junior IVF nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience - preferably with supervisory experience in a clinic
• Must have IVF experience
