We are looking for a Research Fellow to support the research for the project titled: Resistive Memory Endurance Enhancement Utilizing Smart Mitigation and Recovery Techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
The Research Fellow will work on the assigned project to conduct the research on development of resistive circuits design. The candidate must have good experience in the areas listed below, possesses excellent skills. The roles of this position include:
- Development of robust resistive circuits design
- Test chip design and layout
- Good testing skills
Job Requirements:
- PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
- Expertise in resistive memory circuits design
- Excellent publication track record is an advantage
- Test chip design and testing experience are advantages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
