Home Care Nurse - Chronic Illness & Palliative Care

Position: Home Care Nurse
Salary: $3,000 - $5,200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
On Call: One Saturday every 2 months (with a day off in lieu)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurses to join our team and provide essential care to chronic ill and palliative patients at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform home visits to assess and manage chronic ill/palliative patients.
• Conduct nursing assessments and coordinate with doctors for medical evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Monitor patient medication adherence and compliance with doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Perform critical nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter insertion, naso-gastric tube insertion, and care of medical tubing.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and suggest new measures for patient management.
• Educate caregivers/families on essential nursing procedures to ensure continuous care at home.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of specialized training in Onco, Home Care, Palliative Care, Geriatrics, or IPW.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in managing 3-5 cases per day on average

Music Content Operations Research Analyst

The Opportunity

• Manage day to day ongoing operations with company’s music publishing and label partners
• Develop workflows for monitoring publishing data, music content and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution
• Build visual reports to track publisher metrics and trends

Your Background

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in music account management, product management, online operations, consulting, or data analytics
• Music or media industry research background, preferably with record label, music publisher, complex DSP or UGC platform experience
• Manage some day to day data ownership operations with company's publishing and label partners
• Develop an understanding on company’s music rights management products with an eye on operational, system and process improvement
• Understand sensitivities around IP policy, processes, and products
• Knowledge of copyright and music licensing
• Knowledge of digital rights management products, especially for music
• Experience in data manipulation using Excel and querying databases with SQL
• Technical operations capacity (ie. advanced querying, data fluency, read/write specs, troubleshoot data issues, scripting, etc.; proficient in both SQL and Excel)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to extract valuable insights from healthcare operational data, including patient records, resource allocation, and process efficiency. Employ statistical methods and data visualization techniques to support research objectives.
• Mathematical Modeling: Develop and apply mathematical models to simulate healthcare operational processes, optimizing resource allocation, patient flow, and overall efficiency.
• Programming: Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, or other relevant tools to automate data analysis processes and create software tools for data manipulation and modeling. Utilize programming languages such as MATLAB and Julia, through GUROBI, CPLEX and other optimization solvers to solve the optimization models.
• Research Support: Assist in designing and executing research discussions. Contribute to literature reviews and research proposal development.
• Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations of research findings and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex data-driven information.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the project team, including researchers, clinicians, and administrators, to ensure the project's goals are met. Actively participate in project meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach.

• Possess a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related Management Science discipline.
• Exhibit a robust academic and research portfolio demonstrating experience in advanced data analytics and optimization. This includes a track record of engagement with research projects that have culminated in contributions to peer-reviewed conference proceedings or journal publications (either published or under review).

Job Description

The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for research engineer positions to support 3D-IC package fault localisation and failure analysis (FA) techniques with ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS). The applicant will work closely with our researchers to understand and derive insights from scientific experiments and data. The applicant will also assist in the design and development of a physical test vehicle for the measurement of simulated results.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Contribute to defect classification and localization through simulation defect modelling.
2. Involve in 3D-IC forward predictive modelling (i.e. include chip and circuit blocks) by generating training materials.
3. Design of mock IC test vehicles for high frequency electromagnetic and DC magnetic field measurement and testing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or higher Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or its equivalent from a reputable University/Institute is preferred, or equivalent related experience.
• Candidate with experience in microelectronic research, characterisation, metrology, electrical testing, FA and strong in data analysis will have advantage. Knowledge of AI/ML/DL development and ANSYS/TCAD modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated and possesses effective communication skills including writing and presenting.
