The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub). The lab of Computational Transcriptomics at the Genome Institute of Singapore (led by Dr Jonathan Göke) is offering a position for a postdoctoral fellow to develop methods for analyzing long read transcriptomics data. The successful candidate will lead software and methods development to analyze RNA modifications from nanopore direct RNA-Seq data. The candidate is expected to develop new supervised and unsupervised approaches using statistics and machine learning, and to apply them to clinical samples. The position will be in close collaboration with experimental and clinical collaborators and industry partners, and provide full access to the capabilities of the sequencing platform.
