DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Concierge service and Bell service
• Maintain a professional appearance, pleasant personality and good posture.

• Handles baggage-related requests such as long-term/short-term storage, this includes proper issuance of luggage tags,upkeeping proper records and storing luggage in the correct location.
• Handle guest enquiries pertaining to tourist information when at the Hotel Lobby,Driveway and Bell Desk.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections to ensure flight kitchens comply with safety and hygiene standards.

- Load meals onto aircraft according to cabin loading plans, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the correct flights.

- Use flight catering information systems to retrieve and manage detailed food order requirements.

- Operate designated vehicles for transporting meals to and from aircraft while adhering to strict safety and handling protocols.

- Assemble meal trays and portion meals accurately, ensuring compliance with presentation and dietary specifications.

- Monitor and record meal temperatures to maintain health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

- A minimum requirement of a Nitec or any professional certificate in Catering, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is essential to ensure the health and safety of airline passengers.

- Strong organisational skills are necessary for managing the preparation and loading of meals onto aircraft efficiently.

- The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines for flight schedules.

- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and following precise instructions from flight catering plans.

- Physical stamina and the capability to work in different temperature conditions, especially in cold storage areas.

Payroll Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Institutional HR for necessary instructions & documents required for payroll processing.

The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant as well as other signature research programmes in the centre. You will assist the Principal Investigators on developing grant proposals and study plans. You will engage internal and external collaborators. You will supervise the junior research staff to perform data collection, analysis and interpretation. You will assist with preparation of abstracts/posters/manuscripts/reports. Requirements

• PhD in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related academic area
• At least 5 years’ experience in population health research
