Antimicrobial drug resistance is a growing an alarming problem that poses serious challenges to the existing public health infrastructure of Singapore and of the rest of the world. Microbial pathogens are becoming more and more difficult to treat as they steadily gain partial and full resistance to last-line antibiotics.

Recalcitrant infections can add enormous costs and strains to health care systems that are already stressed. This is especially a concern in Singapore, where between now and 2030, the health care system will need to accommodate the costs associated with a population that will undergo an unprecedented age shift in which the number of residents aged 65 years or older will increase threefold. Altogether, there is an urgent need to develop new alternatives or compatible therapies to combat the growing problem of AMR.

· Assist in follow-up with business units on purchases to collate and compile the documents related to vendor evaluation

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent certification in Logistics, Administration, or related field

· At least 2 years of admin experience in an in-house workshop or third-party logistics

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

· Knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations and safety standards is a plus

· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

The Invoice Processing Officer is responsible for executing the end-to-end processing of invoice in the Purchase-To-Pay (PTP) function within the Keppel Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”).

• Key in invoices into Keppel’s e-invoice portal and SAP in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with FSSC’s Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) with internal customers
• Check to ensure accuracy of invoice information inputted by supplier on behalf
• Ensure the invoices are recorded and posted to the correct GL account promptly, in accordance with FSSC’s Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”)
• Handle queries from suppliers on invoice and payment status
• Identify and resolve invoice issues and escalate to Invoice Processing Team Lead, if required
• Assist Invoice Processing Team Lead in the update of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) when there are changes to the process
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties/ tasks as assigned by the team

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable, SAP, or shared service environment would be advantageous
• Fresh graduates with no prior work experience may apply
