- Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
- Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
- Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
- Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
- Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
- Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
- To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College.
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Shall have a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course
- Candidate with civil/infrastructure experience will be considered earlier.
- Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills
