RESPONSIBILITIES

Work done will be at the direction of the PI, and where relevant, the Industry Director and Centre Director.As the Programme is interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary by nature, you will be expected to convey yourdomain expertise and edify others (and vice versa) in as productive, constructive, and collaborative a manneras possible.

You may be asked to participate in the development of use cases and delivery of proof-of-concept prototypesfor government and industry partners in the areas of computable contracts and "rules as code". Experience inrequirements analysis and agile, iterative methodologies will be useful at this stage.The work of the team will be largely determined by these use cases and customers. We will work with multipleuse cases so that we can abstract across them and develop generalized, reusable infrastructure. We will workwith specific customers so we can build useful applications on top of that infrastructure.You will contribute to the design and development of open-source software written to serve those use cases.You will work as part of a team of research engineers, developers, and domain expertise and you will beexpected to actively participate in team meetings and text-based communications. You will be expected to beactive members of the applied research community, by validating and contributing to advances in computational law.

You may be asked to conduct use-inspired research at the direction of the Principal Investigator. This includes

• reading academic papers, standards publications, and related material such as blog posts and presentations
• coming up to speed in fields which may be new to you, such as computational linguistics, mathematical logic, programming language design, formal verification, and model-based architecture
• reading (and updating/commenting, relevant) existing software documentation
• creating presentations, video recordings, walkthroughs, etc. to document and explain research work done
• writing (and presenting, if so decided by the PI) academic papers and materials for publication
• documenting in a sufficiently-detailed manner so as to share what you've learned

You will be expected to participate in software development; this includes

• learning how to use third party tools, including editors, IDEs, databases, business process modeling software, programming languages, and libraries
• evaluating competing software systems for suitability
• building infrastructure to enable application development
• managing yourself, and managing fellow team members
• engaging in product, project, and program management as needed
• reading books and consuming such other media forms about software development
• writing documentation such as user/developer-facing manuals, tutorials
• delivering community support to users and customers
• preparing presentations to represent the project before external audiences
• writing actual user-facing applications throughout the "full stack"

in each case, documenting, reporting, and/or presenting the same in clearly and efficiently, both internally and externally.

Researchers under the Programme should possess both mastery of their academic speciality, anddemonstrated practical experience producing and supporting high-quality open-source code throughcommunity engagement across multiple media. Candidates must have Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D., oralternative qualifications in computer science, software engineering, (symbolic) artificial intelligence,computational linguistics, or formal methods.

Fluency in multiple natural languages, and any experience with law, are a plus.

Role Summary:
• Management of certification, customer, and internal audits of the Quality System and product and service processes.
• Manages the control of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Management of suppliers with regards to supplier evaluation, development, selection, and supplier audits of the Quality System and product and service processes.
• Manages the control of Supplier Management System (SMS) documentation that is part of QMS.
Job Description:
• Management of certification and customer audits.
• Facilitation of internal and supplier audit program. Maintain internal / supplier audit schedule & assigning internal / supplier audit teams.
• Development and implementation of a training program for internal auditors.
• Review of internal / supplier audit reports.
• Conducting follow-up to verify closure of Quality Corrective Action Requests for internal, supplier & customer audits.
• Management of the Quality Corrective Action Request (QCAR) system.
• Ensures the quality controls & quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
• Management of the control of QMS documentation.
• Assist process owners in development of procedures and work instructions
• Assist Superior in revision of the Quality Manual.
• Provide direction for control of customer supplied documents.
• Develops written documentation and procedures related to quality requirements and/or criteria.

To lead project teams in the design, set-up and management of leading-edge research and,

To carry out account management activities – managing existing client relationships, including seeking repeat business, and actively seeking major and new client opportunities and management.

• Responsible for the actions and activities of the team (with business area Director)
• Recruitment of junior staff
• Profit and loss+ responsibility for projects that one is managing and business area
• New business generation and existing client development plans (with business area Director)
• Problem resolution and ownership of results
• Directorscomplex projects and higher-value work, displaying well-developed research skills, knowledge and thought
• Generate meaningful insights from research data to add real value to the client
• Use advanced research techniques and apply them appropriately
• Demonstrate Company awareness through internal support, cross-selling and marketing and take a corporate view with new business opportunities and the relationships with existing clients (client-facing stream)
• Be an ambassador and guardian of the brand for Ipsos, displaying the appropriate knowledge and behaviors
• Significantly contribute to the strategic direction of the business area, implement agreed plans and actively support the Division and Company
• Make significant contribution to our work area(s) in terms of business generation/profit
• Challenge and mentor junior staff in research skills and their career development
• Recruit key skills and ensure operational efficiency of Department is maintained at all times.
• Conduct performance reviews and design staff development plans for the team (with business area Director). Carry out appropriate performance management activities
• Deliver required team financial performance (with business area Director)
• Keep abreast of current trends within market research and competitors, in order todevelop personal skills / knowledge base and transfer knowledge, skills and expertise through training and coaching
• Keenness to learn and proactive self-development and development of others.
• Maximize opportunities for client contact and take a lead role; measure to be set through review process (relationship building and seeking repeat and new business wins, ideally including a min of two targeted account face-to-face meetings/year)

Manage the team to:

• Handle a number ofdifferent projects at once, ensuring time, budget and profitability requirements are met
• Produce outputs and research that are of high quality and consistent with agreed outputs
• Produce proposals that meet and where possible exceed the brief requirements
• Ensure all questionnaire facilitate strong data collection capability
• Provide accurate analysis and interpretation of data
• Liaise professional and effectively with the Operation departments to ensure we deliver what we say we will.

Job Description

• Proficient in conducting literature reviews and appraisals of publications.
• Coordinate the submission of new IRB applications, study amendments and annual reports
• Work closely with principal investigators, research fellows, and program manager to execute studies by planning, preparing study protocols, and implementing these studies efficiently.
• Conduct research study activities like patient recruitment, data collection, data analysis and data management
• Assist in data collection from electronic health records
• Provide research updates to study team on regular basis.
• Maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and record keeping in accordance with hospital policies, ethics requirements and local regulations
• Assist with any other duties of a similar nature that are delegated by the PI.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
