Job Description

Main Responsibilities

· Verify daily sales record and bank in of sales proceeds

· Updating daily sales record in DPR file and sales report file (inclusive sales collection and credit card commission entries)

· Handle daily documentation and filing

· To handle customers queries related to sales / membership / overcharges etc

· Update food deliveries sales

MONTHLY

· Assist in month end closing, preparation of accounts schedules and reports

· To assist in monthly stock count / financial clearance if required.

· Process Accounts Receivable claim of vouchers, marketing funds and other receivables

· Ensure all sales transactions are recorded and updated in accounting systems

· Co-ordinate and process inter-companies billings and update in accounting systems

· Perform bank reconciliation and P$ reconciliation and month end E-point POS consolidation

· To assist in monthly sales statistics survey

YEARLY

· Assist in year-end audit and preparation of audit schedules

· Prepare and assist in GTO sales statement for audit

· To perform any other Accounting duties as and when task by Accounts Executive.

Requirements

· Candidate should possess at least ’N’ or ‘O’ level with accounting

· At least 1 year of working experience in retail or FMCG industry

· Fast learner, ability to work within given deadlines

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

· PC literate, knowledge in basic Accounting software and MS office software

· Knowledge of Navision is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Liaison with main contractors, architects, and engineers for the approval of shop drawings and resolution of site issues.
• Management of site safety in accordance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
• Attendance at site meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in addition and alteration works.
• Registered RTO with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) is preferred.
• Relevant experience in site supervision and project management.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications for Structural and/or Architectural works.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Building Control Act and Construction Regulations.
• Skills in maintaining proper updated records of all works done, including tests, inspections, and safety reports.
• Capability to resolve site problems and liaise effectively with contractors and other stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.

- Support the design and development of quality procedures, processes, and standards to ensure alignment to quality policy and local regulatory guidelines.

- Provide technical assistance to production on quality and process improvements and perform troubleshooting when necessary.

- Responsible to write and/or update all relevant documentation for project activities.

- Support quality manager during internal and external audit.

- Conduct QC test for every batch of raw material, in-process and finished product.

- Execute the technical transfer and validation protocol for QC assays.

- Assist in the implementation of new assay methodologies and the associated instrumentation.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in biomedical science/biotechnology or related discipline.

- Proven experience in cGMP, FDA regulations and ICH Guidelines regarding the manufacture of biological products.

- Good knowledge in quality assurance tools, concepts, and methodologies.

- Experience in writing and/or review of GxP documents to ensure good

documentation, data integrity, GxP and regulatory requirements are met.

- Experience in cell/gene therapy is preferred.

- Expertise in cell culture, flow cytometry and molecular biology.
