Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Business Information Technology or any related degree from recognized academic institutions
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similiar capacity preferred
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity infrastructure; exposure to tools like Splunk, FireEye, SOAR, or NDR is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Ability and and interest in learning how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes and communicate with team members.

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to cybersecurity operations, basic knowledge of infrastructure, and introductory scripting skills (e.g., Python or Shell) are helpful.

Additional Requirements:

• Rotational On-Call Duty: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to support incident response and infrastructure availability.

The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site at the three primary locations, and
may need to make ad hoc trips to other camps as part of work requirements. The scope of work for the
team, but not limited to, is as follows:

• To manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations.
• Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
• To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
• To conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
